PROGRESSION PATH

Every server has its own shape. This page is the short version of how AcediaMC is meant to be played, from your first hour to the point where money stops being the problem. You do not have to follow it, but if you are wondering "what should I be doing now?", start here.

Early game — your first few hours

The goal here is simple: somewhere safe to keep your things, and a trickle of income.

  • Claim your land before you build. An unclaimed base is fair game. This is the one step people skip and regret.
  • Pick a job with /jobs. Jobs pay you for things you were going to do anyway — mining, farming, killing mobs — so there is no reason not to be in one.
  • Set a home so you can always get back.
  • Sell what you gather in /shop. Early on this is most of your income. Diamonds sell for $150 each, so do not expect to get rich on ore alone.
  • Vote every day. It costs nothing, it pays money and Coins, and it is the fastest early income there is.
  • Claim your free kits with /kits.

You are done with early game when you have a claimed base, a job, and enough money to think about your first spawner.

Mid game — making money while you are not looking

This is the real shift on this server: you stop earning money by hand and start earning it from things you own.

  • Buy your first spawner. A chicken spawner is $1,800,000 virtual or $2,500,000 physical in /shop. Virtual spawners live in a menu and are easier to run; physical ones sit in the world and stack.
  • Remember spawners need you nearby. A spawner only runs while a player is within 16 blocks (50 for a virtual one). Chunk anchors do not change this. Plan to be stood at your farm, or AFK at it.
  • Add a Collector so the drops get gathered and sold without you picking anything up.
  • Get minions working, then buy a Chunk Anchor. Minions do keep working while you are offline as long as the chunk is loaded, so this is the one piece of true overnight income.
  • Rank up. Bee is $5,000,000, Bat $10,000,000, Fox $15,000,000, Wolf $20,000,000. Each rank brings perks worth more than the money you spent.
  • Work the Battle Pass. Its spawner rewards alone are worth far more than its cash, and the free track hands out real spawners.

You are done with mid game when your income arrives whether or not you are paying attention.

Late game — scaling what already works

  • Upgrade the spawner, not the count. Better mobs pay better: creeper $5,000,000, blaze $6,400,000, rabbit $7,150,000, phantom $9,750,000, iron golem $12,000,000 (virtual prices).
  • Iron golems are the top of the ladder for a reason — the shop deliberately pays well for what they drop.
  • Stack everything. Stacked spawners and stacked mobs are how a farm goes from good to absurd.
  • Open crates and chase gear you cannot buy.
  • Fight the bosses. See Bosses.

End game — when money is no longer the problem

At this point the leaderboard is measured in billions, not millions, and there is nothing left in the shop you cannot afford. What is left is status and collection.

  • Prestige — five tiers running from $100 billion to $1 trillion, $2.6 trillion for the full ladder. This is what the money is ultimately for.
  • Cosmetics and sets. Wings, custom weapon sets, pets and hats.
  • Leaderboards and bounties. Put your money where your reputation is.
  • Help new players. Genuinely — the people at the top of this server are the ones who built the community around them.

If you only remember three things

  • Claim your land on day one.
  • Spawners need you stood near them. Minions do not.
  • Stop trading your time for money as soon as you can afford to.
